Welcome to the website of Hopeful Farm Sport Horses, located in beautiful southern Dane County, Wisconsin. We a small family-run facility, and have been breeding Warmblood sport horses for over 20 years. The farm is just minutes outside of Madison, and only a 20 minute drive from the Madison airport (MSN). Visitors are welcome with an appointment.
Our philosophy is not about the mass-production of foals. Rather, we choose to breed 2 or 3 quality warmblood foals. Our foals are handled daily, to ensure each foal is pleasant, confident, easy to handle, enjoy being handled, and stand for trimming by the farrier.
Our breeding program includes mares we have chosen, or bred ourselves, for their exceptional pedigree, temperament, conformation, and athletic ability.
We offer a Broodmare Lease Program so that clients may choose one of our mares and pair her to a stallion of their choice in order to obtain the foal of their dreams and their next rising star.
