1.  I hereby agree to breed the above mare for the ________ season and to pay the sum
of  $__________ plus expenses agreed to herein. Of this amount, a non-refundable booking
fee of $________ is payable with this contract, and the balance of $ ________ is to be paid
before semen is collected. There will be a $________  shipping and collection charge for
every collection and shipment.  Agreed to expenses will be paid as they occur. No rebreeding
privileges will be honored unless these conditions are met.

2.  I  agree to furnish a negative uterine culture test.

3.   I agree to return the shipping container within 48 hours after my mare has been inseminated
at my expense.

4.  I agree to pay all expenses related to the insemination and care of my mare.

5.  Should this mare not deliver a live, healthy foal in the year following breeding, my mare will be
re-bred with only the collection and shipping charge in addition to the expenses agreed to in
items 3 and 4. Also, I agree to have my mare checked by a veterinarian when my mare is next
due in season or ultrasounded.

6.  If my mare proves to be unable to conceive a foal or dies, this contract may be transferred to
another suitable mare at the discretion of the Hartland Equestrian Center, Inc.

7.  A Breeder's Certificate will be issued when all terms of this contract have been met.

8.  Any additions to or deviations from the above terms and conditions must be put in writing and
signed by both stallion owner and mare owner and attached hereto.

9.    Cooled Semen Transportation Report must be returned to the stallion owner.
