Clinic for Cece (Dec '04)

Cece and I had a clinic with Grand Prix trainer Patti Becker, whom I have known for 4 years.  Patti was the trainer at Evegreen for the first 9 months I was there, and put in a few months of training on Daxx for me.

The day was not without incident.  Cece broke the ramp on my trailer so we couldn't get her there. I drove over to the farm to let them know, and arranged transport and a new ride time.  We took my trailer to the repair shop and dropped it off.  While we were waiting at the barn, friends came and offered us their trailer, so we loaded up Cece and just as I went to get into the truck, I heard a tire with the familiar 'hissssssssss' of a soon-to-be flat. We hurried over to drop Cece off (only a mile away) and I called my father to come rescue me.  4 hours later the flat was fixed.

The clinic itself went well, despite the constant wind and frequent 50 - 60 mph gusts that made the barn shake and humm. Cece was a bit rattled but my constant stroking soon encouraged her, and we had a good ride.  Patti rode for several minutes to understand some of the issues we were having.  It was a good clinic and Cece has lots of homework to look forward to.

Rosselini was the most expensive horse at the 37th Vechta Special. This gray gelding is by Royal Diamond – Oldtimer xx.  Royal Diamond offspring continue to do well at the big Oldenburg auctions.

Trip to Paxton (Nov '04)

We drove to Paxton for the final days of the Federation Testing November 11 to the 14.  What a trip.  Cincinnati is a beautiful area, lots of trees, hills, rivers and streams.  Our travels took us into the 'rural' areas surrounding Cincinnati and we saw some lovely homes and farms I would love to have.  The roads were, shall we say, 'different' as they were quite steep and curvy with no shoulders and sometimes a rather treacherous drop to the side.  It left me wishing I was in the corvette, yet also musing their navigability during winter.

Paxton is a beautiful place.  Amazing buildings, beautiful grounds. Probably even better in summer than fall/winter.  The day we arrived it was rainy and cold, so we checked in to the hotel and decided to stay put so I could prepare for the party.   Nervous hostess!  Ken and I had decided (rather, guessed?!) on about 150 people.  I think we easily had 100, not sure if we hit a full 150 although it was close.  Plenty of food and beverage!  Lots of wonderful people to meet, food to consume, and photos to take!  I couldn't stop eating the chicken quesadillas, and also had way too much cheese cake. The assortment of fresh fruit was devine, and the strawberry-chocolate fondue was also something I had to revisit. Here's a photo of the spread!  Chef Jim served up quite the selection!

Friday rolled around quickly and we got lost trying to find Paxton.  We nearly ended up in Kentucky.  An hour later we arrived in time to see most of the boys presented for their dressage tests.  I sat and watched and forgot to video. However, after lunch the jumping started, and I shot hours of video.  I ran into the owner of Le Champion, Grace's sire. Her new stallion, LandChampion, Le Champion's younger 3/4 brother, is at Paxton.  He looks so much like LC.  I think I'm in love!

Friday night was the official Federation party, but we were tired and instead walked to the mall for some food and exercise.  We found some wonderful massage chairs, the best money I've ever spent.

Saturday morning was a late morning.  Start time at Paxton was 11 am, so we slept in!  A quick trip to Walmart for boots (twas muddy and I'd failed to bring my boots) and things (forgot my sunglasses too), and we were off to Paxton.  Ken has 3 stallions in the testing, and we wanted to get good video of him on the boys.  We found a perfect spot near the water complex, and I was ready for some good video work.  I was able to pull some fun photos from the video, although the quality is not good.

Sunday was the final day, when the results were in.  Ken did wonderfully, all 3 of his boys were fully approved.  Several friends had stallions there, and it was heartbreaking to see many did not pass.  Here's Ken with Rubicon.

As soon as the results were final, we headed out.  8 hours of road ahead, with Chicago somewhere in there as well, promising to extend the 8 hours to ??  We were lucky, few traffic jams, and we were back in a reasonable amount of time.

I definately plan to return in 2 years.

Inspection photos!

We just received the photos from Karen Lietz photography, from the RPSI inspection.  Karen is a fantastic photographer.

Cece - beginning to Jump (Oct. 04)

My friend Pam has been helping me to school my 4yo mare, Coeur de Championne HF, or Cece, over fences.  We began in early October with trot poles and simple poles and a simple X.  Surprising to me, she's taken a real enjoyment from it, and has progressed quickly.  I've taken some video of her (on her page or on our sales page) and grabbed a few images from the video.

My favorite photo:

  Isn't she totally cute?

We are working on adding video clips of our horses for sale to our sale page.  Check back often as we add clips of the horses, their sires, etc.

Weltissimo wins Championship at his second show! (Sept. 20)
News from Eeyore's owners!
Dear Stephanie,

Eeyore's a star!  He went to a Sweet Charity show (a two-day local show) and came home 2-foot hunter champion!

We entered the mini-hunter division and did not expect him to win, frankly,  as we trot all lead changes.  But all the other entrants were as green as  Eeyore, and he was 1st/2nd/3rd in his jumping classes and first in his under  saddle, so he's the champ!  He never peeked at a jump, always jumped nicely  (as high as you have to jump to clear two- ft jumps).  His behavior was lovely except  . . . .

Eeyore turned off his hearing aid in the under saddle class and performed a Freestyle.  When the other horses trotted, he cantered.  When they cantered, he walked.  He missed every lead.   He wouldn't stop cantering until he'd caught up with his buddy, two horses ahead of him.  He never went fast but his  Stupid-Three-Year-Old Impression was was flawless--His attention was ANYWHERE but on what I wanted him to do.  The spectators LOVED it. When he won the class  (he may have been the nicest mover but he should've placed LAST), the spectators cheered.   May I add that he hacks quite obediently at home.

Anyway, we're thrilled.  I can probably take time off in two weeks to take him to another show.  Same deal--eight tiny jumps in a row, and won't win  unless every other horse trots his lead changes, but Eeyore knows enough now  that you can SEE him learning and putting some things together:  "Oh, listen to your leg AND keep cantering . . . hmmmm".   We've had him go over some 2-ft-6 jumps, and he likes it.  Of course, he's 16 hands now (taller at the butt) and can walk over two-ft-six, but he doesn't need to jump bigger jumps yet.

Anyway, I hope and your family and all your horses are well.   Eeyore The Champ is in fine shape!
   --Lisa A.

Of course this is no suprise to us as Weltissimo is a half-brother to our late stallion, Remarkable!

All foals/horses were of excellent quality and received great compliments from the inspector.  It was nice to see so many Freestyle foals and how prepotent he is for type, topline and swing and elasticity.

Brag on Eeyore (again!) (June 7)
We received a lovely email from Eeyore's new owner, after Eeyore attended his first 2-day horse show!
Eeyore's a show horse!   He went to a 2-day local show and was a star!   He hopped right on the trailer, enjoyed (and contributed to---don't leave any gear  where he can get his teeth on it) the chaos of the barn aisle, and was fine with the tractors/tents/strange horses near the show rings.  He had to trot on the lunge line Friday, bellowing at the other horses, but after that he hacked just fine. Saturday he didn't even need a quick lunge; we got right on  him and he hacked around like a big boy.  He jumped three whole crossrails.  Sunday we entered him in the Pleasure Horse . . . he missed a lead but was the most relaxed horse in the ring, so he won!   Everybody loved him.  We hope to take him to a show in the early fall and maybe let him do a  2-foot-high mini-hunter class and trot all the jumps.   Hope you and your family & horses are all good.  Thanks for breeding Eeyore  (who sends kisses)!
 --Lisa A.
Congratulations to Eeyore and his owners!!

News from Weltissimo's Owner (April 27, 2004)

We received a lovely email yesterday from Eeyore's (Weltissimo) owner, Lisa.  Eeyore is aiming toward a big career as a show hunter.  Today is Eeyore's third birthday and he has accomplished another milestone in life:

Eeyore send kisses & says "Happy Birthday To Me!"   He has been an absolute doll.  We ride him in the outdoor ring now,  even when horses are turned loose being silly in the paddocks where he can see them as we ride.  He never turns a hair.  His steering coming along well except when his attention wanders.  That's OK.   He's moving beautifully.

In honor of his birthday tomorrow,  we asked Eeyore to jump 2 crossrails today.   Let me explain: we've been letting him trot over a pole on the ground, then canter a few steps straight to a second pole on the ground.   Well, today we let him trot over a tiny crossrail, expecting to trot to a second crossrail six steps away if he seemed to stay organized.   Eeyore popped over the first X with no hesitation, landed in his canter, took the requisite 6 steps, and stepped over the second X perfectly while changing his lead in the air for the upcoming corner!   He was perfect--We couldn't be happier!   We'll let him trot  Xs once a week for a month or two.   It would be  easy to move his training along faster but we won't . . . but  he's still growing (16 hands now!) and there's no need to stress his joints.    He's going to be SO FANCY in the hunter ring; you're on my list for photos we get some.

Eeyore will get extra apples tomorrow & I'll give him a birthday kiss for you.    I hope you and all your horses are healthy and shiny.

Thanks for breeding Eeyore!

Lisa A.

We are, of course, thrilled to hear such wonderful news about Eeyore!  Congratulations to Lisa and Eeyore, and THANK YOU for keeping us updated on Eeyore's progress!

Breeding in 2004 (February 7, 2004)

Well I've made a few choices for the girls for this year's "dates."  Unless Replikah is sold, we will try her with Stedinger, the 2003 Oldenburg licensing Champion.  He is a son of Sandro Hit out of a Landadel mare (my favorite!).

Ripley has a date with the newly imported stallion Sempatico, standing at Silverwood Farm.

Willow has a date with the Dutch stallion Opus (Idocus - Admiral Ferdinand).  Opus is a half-brother to Olivier, whom Ripley is currently in foal to!  Idocus is showing Grand Prix Internationally in Holland.

Miss Grace - Looks like she will be bred to the black stallion Harvard (Hohenstein).

Sad, awful News (January 1, 2004)

We were horrified and saddened today to learn of the tragic loss of Reanna by Remarkable.  Tina P. lost her entire barn and 8 horses in a fire on New Year's Eve.  Tina also lost her Riverman daughter and 6 other horses, 4 of which were owned by friends.   Our heartfelt condolences go out to Tina and her family on their horrible loss.

Rest In Peace Reanna and friends.

Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge.

When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge.

There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together.
There is plenty of food, water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable.

All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by.

The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing; they each miss someone very special to them, who had to be left behind.

They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent; His eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to run from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster.

You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart.

Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together....

Foals for 2004  (November 4, 2003)

I have created a new webpage for the foals coming in 2004.  Click here.

Our young mare, Coeur de Championne HF, has been started under saddle.  We sent her to Little Bit Farm over the summer to be started.  I now have her back home with me and she is progressing very well in her dressage training.  She's an extraordinary mare to ride!  We have also done some free jumping with her and she is very talented and scopey over fences!

Inspection Results (September 17)

Inspection results are in!  Congratulations to the owners of Remarkable's first two foals.  Both Remarkably Fine and Reanna earned Silver Premiums at their RPSI inspections!

French Kiss HF

On September 15, our young colt, French Kiss HF, earned an 8.0 and Gold Premium at his RPSI inspection.  His dam, Replikah HF, earned 48 points and is approved into the Main studbook.  She was just 1 point away from Premium!

Coeur du Championne HF

Our 3 year old mare, Coeur du Championne HF, was approved by the German Oldenburg Verband into their Main studbook, on September 16.

Grace and Replikah have been bred (June 20, 2003)

Replikah has been bred back to Freestyle for a 2004 foal.  We are very pleased with this year's colt and hope we get one just like him next year!

Grace has been bred via frozen semen to the Oldenburg stallion Royal Diamond, who stands in Germany.  Royal Diamond is an up and coming young son of Rubinstein.  He is shown by American Lisa Wilcox for Gestut Vorwerk, at the FEI levels of dressage.

Willow had her Freestyle foal, a lovely bay colt.  We plan to breed her to the Dutch stallion Hierarch for 2004.  Ripley will be bred to the Dutch stallion, Olivier.

Tragic Loss of Remarkable (May 30, 2003)

Dear Friends,

Remarkable has passed over to the Rainbow Bridge today.  His death was sudden, unexpected, and a huge loss for us.  Thank you all for your kind words.  This has been an incredibly difficult time.  We are eagerly awaiting his last foal for this year.  We have one confirmed pregnancy for next year, and another mare to be checked soon.  Very limited frozen semen is being offered to our contract holders.  Remarkable joins his mother in the green pastures of Horse Heaven.

Deja Vu Sold (April 23)

Congratulations to Valerie Ahl of Oregon Wisconsin on the purchase of Deja Vu, a yearling RPSI filly by Donnerwelt out of our mare Will O The Wisp!

Remarkable off to the trainer! (Nov. 30 2002)
Remarkable left today for the trainers!  We are lucky to have the talents of Ken Borden, Jr training Indy for the upcoming 2003 show season!  Ken is an accomplished stallion trainer, having taken 3 stallions successfully through the Stallion Performance testing short tests.  His stallions have earned praise for their ridabilty, so we are happy to have Remarkable with Ken.  Watch this website for periodic updates on Remarkable's progression.

Welcome Ripley (Nov. 30)
We would like to welcome a new mare to our farm.  Ripley is a 1998 TB mare by Sheen Farm's deceased stallion, Ascendant.  Ripley was bred by my friend Sarah, and through her generousity we aquired this lovely mare.  See Ripley on her own web page.

Keuring Report 2003

This year we attended both the RPSI inspection and the Westfalen Inspection.  At the RPSI inspection our mare Will 'O  The Wisp (Willow) was entered in to the Main Mare book and her foal Deja Vu was inspected and branded and earned a foal premium.  At the Westfalen inspection, our mare La Championita (Grace) was entered into the Westfalen mare books and her foal Le Fleur de Championne (Tea) was registered and branded.  Both inspections were fun and informative.  We look forward to inspections with both next year.

Remarkable earns AWR approval (October 12)
We are pleased to announce Remarkable was rated First Premium and licensed today for breeding with the Amercan Warmblood Registry.  Offspring of Remarkable are eligible for inspection, registration, and branding through the AWR.

Remarkable is Homozygous for BLACK (October 10)

I just received the report from UC Davis for Red-factor testing for our stallion Remarkable. He is an E, which means he will never produce a chestnut:

"E = No red factor was detected. The horse can be assumed to be homozygous for black pigment (EE). It cannot have red foals, regardless of the color of the mate. The basic color of the horse will be black, bay, or brown, but depending on genes at other color loci, the horse may be buckskin, zebra dun, grulla, perlino, gray, white or any of these colors with the white hair patterns tobiano, overo, roan or appaloosa. "

Being a Gray, he will pass the graying on to 50% of his foals. All offspring however will have the base colors as mentioned above.

Our new Farm (September 1)
During the month of September we will be gradually relocating our home and our horses to our new farm in McFarland, which is just 10 minutes south of Madison.  The farm is approximately 41.5 acres, most of which is currently planted in soybeans.  We are excited to be moving in, and watch here for photos of our new home.

Remarkable's First Year at Stud (August 17)
I'm pleased to report that Remarkable had 100% conception rates his first year of breeding!  One mare has resorbed her early pregnancy at about 35 days, however the remaining mares are in foal for 2003.   Most mares were bred successfully on one collection.  From one mare owner:

Martha M. of North Carolina:  "Jim [our vet] said once again yesterday how good Indy's sperm was.  He was very impressed, also mentioned how good you were to work with.  He pointed out that not all breeders are so good.  All I know is that you have been super to answer all my questions, and I know you are as excited about  this baby as I am.  We will have a gorgeous baby.   Mary is still pregars.  It was so cool, saw the umbilical cord and the heart beat yesterday.  Jim said it looks like a normally progressing pregnancy.  I was about jumping for joy. "

Thanks Martha for such nice comments!

One mare had prior reproductive problems, who was barren for two years, unable to conceive.  I'm happy to report Remarkable got this lovely mare in foal with one collection!

Bookings for 2002 are closed as is the breeding season.  We will be accepting bookings for 2003 around October 1.  Early booking discount offered from October 1 - January 31.  The 2003 contract is available as of October 1, and we will try to have all forms available as PDF files.

We are moving! (again)  (August 13)
Yes, this should be our last move for a long, long time.  We've purchased a lovely farm just south of Madison, and expect to be moving during the month of September.  We are currently fencing new pastures and preparing for temporary shelters for the horses, with a barn in the plans for late fall.  Our telephone, fax, and address will change.  However, my cell phone will remain the same.

Foals for 2003 (July 5)

We have bred several mares for 2003.  Both Replikah and Grace are confirmed in foal to Freestyle. Their foals may be available for in-utero purchase, which is a fabulous way to purchase a high-quality foal at a fraction the normal price.

Filly born! (June 4)

Grace delivered a large bay filly by Freestyle on June 1!  Visit Grace's page to see pictures of Mom and baby.  This pretty filly is sold in-utero to a dressage home in Minnesota.

Filly born! (April 16)

More on Remarkable at school (March 2)

I went today with my friend Kim to visit Indy at the trainers.

He's been there now exactly three weeks.  He is doing so well under saddle!! He put him in the round pen and free lunged him with side reins for about 4-5 minutes to warm him up.  Then Andy jumped on him and rode him around in the round pen for another 5-10 minutes, walk trot canter with no assistance.  We brought him out into the arena for his first ride outside of the roundpen and Indy was fantastic.  He rode around the arena like he had been broke out for a year!

I think Andy said about 10 times what a nice horse this was and how he really liked him.  I took this to be a huge compliment.  My friend Kim was with me--she told me this was a huge compliment from Andy.  It was really nice for me to see it from the ground to realize how athletic Indy really is under saddle and rider!  He is a very balanced and athletic horse.  Indy really likes Andy and tries very hard for him.  It is nice to watch them work.  Andy is a true horseman, is firm but very kind with the horse and I could tell that Indy respected him and genuinely likes Andy.

They suggested he'd be a great reining horse--Can you imagine that!!  That'd be pretty funny, a big warmblood out in the show ring doing spins and sliding stops.  I laughed and said I didn't think that was going to happen any time soon.  I think Kim and Andy were teasing me....

THEN I GOT ON!  Oh what fun!!  The horse is so athletic and is just amazing to ride.  He never offered any resistance or anything.  I was in absolute heaven!   There is no doubt about the tremendous ridability and fantastic temperament on this horse.  He has been a real star, I'm really tickled.  I really didn't think it would be this easy!  What a testament to the horse's temperament.

Remarkable at school (February 16)

I visited Indy at school after his first week.  He is already doing all three gaits with a rider.  His trainer told me he was very impressed and pleased, the horse was smart and willing under saddle.  Will update as training progresses.

Remarkable goes to school (February 9)

Indy is off for a month at school.  He's fit and ready to go.  I can't wait to see him under saddle!  Breeding season will open after he returns, tentatively planned for March 16.

Franat's passing (December)

We learned today of Franat's passing.  He was nearly 23 years old.  He sired numerous successful sons and daughters who continue to pass on his bloodlines.  Franat was one of the few remaining stallions carrying the old and cherised Holsteiner F- bloodline, one of the oldest foundation bloodlines of the breed.  He sired the Belgian Warmblood approved stallion, Fraval, who preceeded his sire in death in 2000.  We send our condolences to the Peterson family on their loss.

Remarkable's stallion video

I've begun work on Remarkable's stallion video.  We shot some free jumping video today.  "Indy" enjoyed himself, schooling at 3'9" - 4' (plenty high for a 2-1/2 year old!).  This was his first time back through the chute since his approval, and he loved it!

More video will be shot of him loose in the arena, and we expect to have a video ready before the end of the year. Please let us know if you would like a video.

Remarkable is Approved!

Our young 2-1/2 yr old Oldenburg stallion, Remarkable, is licensed for breeding the Germany's Rheinland Pfalz Saar!  Remarkable is by Riverman out of the late mare, I Must Fly*, and he is a dark gray like his sire.  Remarkable is a lovely modern type stallion.  He has a beautiful head and face with kind eyes, a strong topline, and super conformation.  He has fluid, powerful movement and excellent gaits.  He offers presence, style, and athletic ability.

He jumped 3'9" in his free jumping--only having schooled three times free jumping and only once to 3' (we thought that was as high as the two year olds were supposed to go!).

Willow earns Main Mare book status
Willow attended her Oldenburg mare approvals and was entered into the Main Mare book with very good scores. Please see her page for more information.

Passing of I Must Fly */*/-

August 3, 2001 marked the passing of our lovely Premium mare, I Must Fly**.  With her body failing her, we made the decision to lay her to rest.  It is unknown exactly what the problem was, but it was quite apparent the time had come.

I Must Fly produced a total of eight foals, all of whom were registered Oldenburg NA.  Her first five foals, born in Canada, were by the stallion Wallenstein.  When I purchased her, she was bred to the stallions Riverman, Linaro, and Werbellin.  Her Riverman colt was Grand Champion Colt at the '99 Midwest Foal Championships.  Her Linaro filly was Grand Champion Filly at the '00 MIdwest Foal Championships and earned a "9" on type.

Ima produced 4 daughters, some of which have already entered motherhood and are passing on Ima's genes.  Her son, Remarkable, will be presented this fall for stallion approval.

Thank you for you kind words during this hard time. We encourage you to leave a note on our tribute page.

Grace in foal

Our mare, La Chamionita or "Grace" is bred to the imported black Hessen/Westfalen stallion, Freestyle, by Florestan I, for a mid-June 2002 baby.  This pregnancy is confirmed past 60 days.  Freestyle has produced only blacks and bays!

Lizette earns second place!

Lizette is the overall second place foal for 2000 with the ISR/Oldenburg NA!  She is one of only 4 foals to earn a rare 9.0 at her inspection in 2000!  Three foals tied for first place.

Grace is Number One Mare for 2000!

La Championita HF, "Grace," is tied with one other mare for the highest bonitted mare for the 2000 RPSI tour!  She earned bonit scores totalling 52 points!  We are very thrilled!

Loss of our foundation mare

Action Battle
May 20, 1979 - July 2000

Dear Friends:

It is with a heavy heart that I write this today. We laid to rest my lovely foundation broodmare, "April First" (registered Action Battle). She was 21. For nearly 3 months now we have been fighting a nasty infection in her ankle and foot. When it was apparent that progress was not being made despite our efforts, we made the decision to let her rest peacefully.

April showed as a Children's Hunter in the mid and late 80's in the Midwest. She won at the top shows including Lamplight, Equifest, Ledges, and more. In her final year of showing she was Champion or Reserve at nearly every show. She was retired to become a broodmare.

April's bloodlines trace back to some stallions that have been very influential in sport horse breeding. Those are Nasrullah, Princequillo, Blenheim II, Hyperion, Man ‘O War, Teddy, Dark Ronald, Bay Ronald, and others.

April has produced 6 foals in her breeding career. Four chestnuts, one bay, one black bay going gray. Her first two were by the Oldenburger, Alpenstern. Her first son unfortunately preceded his mother in death.

Her second son was the first to show under saddle, Prime Time. He is now following his mother's footsteps in the show ring, winning consistently in the hunters with his amateur owner.

I purchased her in 1994. Her Hopeful Farm offspring include Daxx, La Championita, Replikah. She produced her last colt in 1995, Daxx. Daxx showed in hand as a weanling and yearling very successfully, and was Grand Champion at his last in hand show.

Her last three foals have all been fillies. Her first daughter, a premium mare, was La Championita, born in 1996. In 1998 she produced her first bay, Replikah. She was leased in 1999 to Serendipity Farm where she produced Chloe this year, who is 3 months old.

Her offspring have continued her winning ways, including breed show Championships and Reserve, several Produce of Dam and Breeder's Group Classes. Daxx has shown in Dressage successfully and is currently 5 years old and is schooling Second level with his new owner. Her oldest daughter, La Championita, was Reserve Champion Mare at the Mare Championships 1999 and was the number one mare with the RPSI for 2000. This year April's daughter, Replikah, has shown in USDF breed classes and is qualified for the USDFBS Championships, and she was Reserve Champion at her first A-rated Hunter breed show.

Her daughter, La Championita, has taken her place in my breeding program and continues her bloodline for my farm, with her first daughter, Coeur de Championne, a Premium filly by Coriander.
