SIM Game Rules

Permission is granted to breeders and foal owners to use photos/graphics
of Remarkablem, Franat, and Titan, to help promote their foals by these stallions, but please give credit to farm & photographer.

The right to use photographs of my horses in your SIM games is a privledge I extend to you. You are ONLY allowed to use photographs of Franat, Titan, and Remarkable, provided you meet all terms/requirepments spelled out on this page. You may NOT use ANY OTHER HORSE who's photo appear here. You may NOT use any photograph of the DBNA stallions Iroko, Freestyle, and Hierarch. I have a few requirements that MUST be met:

Give credit to the photographer where noted. Photos that are copyrighted MUST have credit given to the photographer. This is the Law.

Give credit to Hopeful Farm Sport Horses and the "real" horse somewhere on the page--this is a requirement! A link to www.hopefulfarm.com would be appreciated (use this banner)

Down load then up load the file, please do not directly link to photo. DO NOT STEAL bandwidth. If I find you are stealing bandwidth, you will find this:

The page that has our horse photo on it MUST state that this is a GAME and is NOT REAL.

Permission to use the photos/graphics is limited to SIM game use only - copyright is still held by Hopeful Farm Sport Horses, any other use other then for this is prohibited. Permission is granted to breeders and foal owners to use photos/graphics to help promote their foals, but please do give credit to photographer (you must contact photographers for sales use, etc.) and link to Hopeful Farm Sport Horses.

I reserve the right to revoke use of photos at anytime and for any reason and if revoked the photos must be removed within 10 days of notice. If not your Server will be notified with copyright violation. Any players or sites that do not follow these rules will first be given notice to make corrections or remove photos, if this is not done then I will contact their server with copyright violation notice.

Your use of any photograph of Franat, Titan, or Remarkable means you understand and agree to abide by all the above terms.

Failure to follow these rules revokes the right to use any photographs of my horses. I will also post this ugly little image in place of photos that have been linked too:
